Winterset Program for Bulk Buy Tickets

Winterset Ski Club would like to assist members who would like to Buy or Sell additional Bulk Buy Lift Tickets this year - before the end of the season.  If you do not use your Bulk Buy Lift Tickets this season, they may be turned in at the end of the season for credit (See Bulk Buy Rules and Regulations for COMPLETE details).

However, if you so chose you can sell or buy Bulk Buy Tickets from other members of Winterset or The Connecticut Ski Council ------  YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RULES BELOW --- NO EXCEPTIONS -- NONE!!!

Resell Rules:
1) Must be sold at the published price -- you cannot resell these tickets for a profit.  On the other hand -DO NOT BUY tickets at a higher than published price.
2) Tickets must only be sold or bought by another Winterset or CSC member -- if you have a question, check with a Winterset Board Member BEFORE selling or buying!!! 
3) You are responsible for these tickets -- Winterset Ski Club will not get involved or be responsible for lost, stolen or disputed ticket buys, sells or exchanges.  That said - it is suggested that the exchange of tickets, money, etc be done in person -- if you chose to mail/ship tickets I would suggest Registered or Express Mail -- get a SIGNATURE, TRACK & TRACE & INSURANCE -- trying to get a refund for a lost package is Hard Work, be careful!  Same with UPS and FedEx -- take the extra steps and fees to make sure you have PROOF that the package was delivered AND SIGNED FOR.
4) These tickets are registered to and signed out by YOU -- if they are misused, it is YOU who are responsible!!!   Again, Winterset Ski Club cannot be responsible for your decisions.
5) Misused tickets CAN result in Winterset losing their Bulk Buy Ticket privileges next year -- don't let this happen.

That being said, here's how the program works: 
Anyone wishing to sell tickets (Bulk Buy ONLY)  Send an email to Wintersetskiclub@hotmail.com with the following info: 
        Name,
        Phone number,
        Email address,
        Your Winterset Member number, if you know it
        Number of tickets to sell
        Mountain.

Anyone wishing to buy tickets (Bulk Buy ONLY)  Check out the listing below, find the tickets that you are looking for and email the club with your request -- Wintersetskiclub@hotmail.com  with the following info:
        Name
        Phone number
        Email address
        List of which tickets you wish to buy

Winterset will then send an email to both parties - that which has tickets to sell and that which want to purchase your tickets.  FROM HERE IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS FOR BUY/SELL, ETC.
