The Goal of the Connecticut Ski
Council (CSC)
"The purpose of the CONNECTICUT SKI COUNCIL is
to foster and encourage organized
amateur skiing, to assist in the development of
new clubs, to sponsor and run inter-club
competition, promote club
activity both on and off the snow, and to teach
skiing and ski
safety skills to others. The Council offers
discounts on lift tickets, lodging, ski trips,
competitive racing, Nordic programs, ski
instruction, and social and sporting events,
community involvement, physical conditioning,
meeting people and having fun."

Winterset Ski
Club is a member of the Connecticut Ski
Council. It is through the council
that we get to participate in the Bulk Buy Lift
Ticket Program, the Monday Night Race Series,
the Connecticut Ski Council Days, the
Connecticut Ski Council Bulletin Board, and
many
other events and programs.
The
Connecticut Ski Council has a great website.
This website also give the links to all the
Connecticut Ski Clubs. In Connecticut there are
many clubs offering many different programs
and events. We hope that you take a few minutes
