Labor Day Parade

Thanks to some great volunteers Winterset was able to not only participate in this year's parade, but we made a float  -- anyone having pictures from the parade, we'd love to put them on the website.  Send them to the club at: wintersetskiclub@hotmail.com and put Parade in the subject line.

Parade help needed for September 2009...

Winterset Ski Club would like to continue to be an active participant in the 2009 Newtown Labor Day Parade.  In order to do that WE NEED YOUR HELP. 

We ask that all club members participate in some way or form during the ski year - some of us are on the board, some people chair an event, and some of us...Now is your chance to get your volunteer work out of the way for the entire year. 

It is our hope and intention to get an enthusiastic group of people together to work on ideas and then prepare and enter a FLOAT in the Labor Day Parade in September 2008 -- start thinking now, and volunteer even sooner.  Email the club and say YOU want to help with the Labor Day Parade, and then sit back and enjoy the benefits of membership for the rest of the year - guilt free!

This is your club, we need your help and participation to take it from a good club to a great club!  If you haven't volunteered to help with anything else, please consider helping out with the parade.
