Winterset Ski
Club will be putting together a Club Membership
Directory again this year. If you want to be
part of this directory, NOW is the time. A Club
Membership Directory Sign Up Form will be
included in with all Renewal Membership forms.
If you didn't keep it, or can't find it, and
would like to be included in this directory,
please follow the directions listed at the
bottom of this page.
This is the second year of providing a
directory. It was originally suggested that it
would be nice for members to have access to
information (names, phone number, email
addresses, etc) of other club members. By law
we are not allowed to freely publish the
information given to us on the membership form.
BUT what we did was: develop a directory for
members wishing to have this information
exchanged with other members, SO...
Anyone who
chooses to do so needs to fill out a directory
card. The information enclosed on the card will
be published for use by other club members also
requesting to be part of the directory.
This year in
addition to the name, address, phone and email,
we've put in a space for people to place
comments, such as: "looking for someone to ski
weekday afternoons" or "looking for someone to
ski with on day bus trip while kids are in ski
school", etc.
This is
a voluntary directory and you have to request to
be part of the directory. The only way
to get a directory is to be part of it. *
This
information is to be used by other club members
solely for the purpose of contacting members
socially. It is not and should not be used for
any type of business dealings or associations.

Club does intend to continue the Buy/Sell
Program for unused Bulk Buy Lift Tickets.
Members are listed on this Buy/Sell Program by
Member Number, so if you have a Membership
Directory, you can look the member up yourself,
otherwise you need to email the club for the
name and phone number of someone with tickets to
sell or buy.
