Membership Information for
                     Winterset Ski Club 2010-2011

New memberships and renewal memberships are accepted starting September 1st through the ski season.  All membership forms must also have a signed waiver in order for membership to be valid. For ease of use this year we have included the waiver on the front side of the membership form.

Renewal for Membership without a late fee is September 1st through October 1st. Members may still renew after October 1st, however they are subject to a $10 per membership late fee.

Both New and Renewal Membership fees have increased four years ago by a total of $10 per membership.  There is no increase to membership for the 2010-2011 ski season.

Please note: The age limit on a "child" on the membership form is 20.  All Children 21 and above need to be either the second adult, or if there is already a second adult on the membership, then they need their own membership.  When Membership Renewal forms were mailed out this year all children reaching the age of 21 received an additional membership form for themselves.

Membership -Club Information & Notes: 

CLUB DIRECTORY: If you would like to be included in a Club Directory, please fill out &
return the enclosed card.  Last year we offered club members the opportunity to buy/sell
their Bulk Buy Lift Tickets through our website.  We will continue this program this year. 
If you plan to use this service a Club Directory will be useful as it will cross reference
members with their member number (which is what we list on the website). 

MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING: To have a membership in good standing, you MUST
volunteer for and participate in at least ONE committee or event during the year.  It is your
responsibility to volunteer for an event.  Our Social Chairperson is NanJane, you can email
her through the club or check the newsletters and mailed postcards for event information. 
We need volunteers to help: set up, clean up, buy supplies, food & drink and organized games and entertainment for children for all events.

BULK BUY LIFT TICKET PROGRAM:  Bulk Buy Lift Tickets can be purchased at significant
discounts, good for any day of the 2010-11 ski season.  This is a time limited offer,
available only in September of the new ski year.

 MEMBERSHIP FORM INFORMATION:  After making any changes in the membership information, please sign the renewal/ waiver form at the bottom of Page 1. 

WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED FOR MEMBERSHIP TO BE VALID.
