HELMETS on
Monday Night!
You will not be allowed to race for
points if you do not have your card
-- you will not be allowed to race
at all without a helmet --
with you when you register. ALSO! HATS!
Please bring your baseball caps to wear after the
race. Our team looks great when we all
have our hats on. Remember, you can get
your own Winterset Ski Team hat. Just
come out and race one time and you'll
get a free hat.

Race Schedule:
Monday
Night Racing is an 8 week series, set up
with 2 "raindates"
December: 19 & 26,
-- 2011
January: 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30,
-- 2012
February: 6, 13 & 20, -- 2012
Right now
the CSC Racing has started...Monday, January 16th is the second race of the
season.
The Monday Night series continues for 8
weeks. You do not have
to race every week. Come and race
whenever you can. If you're
interested in racing, please email the
club and put the word: RACE in the
subject line.
Unfortunately, at this time Monday Night
Racing is for adults only.
The On-Snow Carnival, which is also
sponsored by the CSC and held one
weekend in March, does include racing
for the entire family.
Winterset also tries to sponsor at least
one race clinic each season -- usually
on a Saturday at one of the ski areas in
Massachusetts.

Hello Racers and Racer Wannabe!
Wow! Another ski season is already here.
Are you ready for some RACING?!!!
Monday Night Racing is right around the corner with the first race scheduled to
happen on the 19th of December. .
I know it's so close to the holiday and many of you won't be around, but, for
those of you that will be around, I ask that you come on out for the first race
of the season and have some fun! We'll need all the help we can get to get a
jump on points for the team.
And, if it's your first Monday Night Race with Team Winterset ever, after the
race you will be handed your very own Winterset Race Team hat. All you have to do is
come out once.
Then enjoy some pizza "and". The club buys the pie.
Please let us know if you're coming or not so I may order enough pizza for the
team.

please see attached, a description of what this season has in store for you.
