NEEDED -- ADULTS ONLY PLEASE
Please choose to bring either an appetizer,
entree or dessert with you to share.
The date of our Annual Pot Luck Dinner this year
is scheduled to be held in March 2010.
For this event the club will provide beer, wine,
soda, coffee and tea -- please tell us what you
plan on bringing when you RSVP.
This is a smaller social event, and if the past
is any indication, it's a night offering great
company and fabulous food. New members, if
you've never attended a Pot Luck, please try to
make it this is a really great way to meet other
members, find ski partners or just get to become
part of the club.
To keep in mind for future Pot Luck Dinner
Events: If you have a large home that you'd
like to volunteer for this event -- we'd greatly
appreciate your hospitality and generosity.
This event is usually held at the home
of one of our club members. We
appreciate them volunteering to open
their home and host this event. This
event usually attracts between 35 - 45
club members.
Please note: this is an "adult only"
function - we love your kids but ask
that you please leave them at home or at
Grandma's for this gathering. |
