2008 - 2009 Day Bus Trip Schedule

The 2008-2009 Day Trip Schedule is in the works right now and will be published as soon as it is available. This information along with a sign up sheet will be mailed in the November Newsletter.  The sheet and trip information will also be available at Raffle Night.

Departure Time on all trips will be 5:30am from the Edmond Town Hall in Newtown with all trips having a second pick up stop in Southbury at Exit 16 at 5:45am.

The bus seat price on all trips still to be determined, will be per person. Lift ticket prices usually range between $29 per person to $35 per person, depending on the mountain.

When signing up for trips it is a MUST that you submit a separate check for each trip you sign up for.  We accept and hold all check until the day after the trip, at which time we will deposit all checks for that trip.  Anyone not able to attend a trip that they are signed up for will receive a refund for the lift ticket cost.  Only if and when we can fill your bus seat do you receive a refund for that also.  If we need to cancel a trip due to lack of interest or weather, then a complete refund will be issued (usually we just destroy the checks, thus your account will not be charged in any way).  Please email the club with any questions you may have BEFORE signing up for a day bus trip...these are usually great trips, and great days of skiing, hope to see you on the bus!
