DAY BUS SKI TRIP INFORMATION: The Day Bus Trip Schedule is on
the website and the Day Bus Trips HAVE STARTED -- the next trip is
Sunday, January 22nd to Stratton! This trip is full, but all the
other day bus trips still have seats available.
This year we are also offering a MID-WEEK Trip: Leap Day, Wednesday,
February 29th the bus is going to Stratton, Lift Tickets for that
trip are only $29 each - reserve your seat today.

An annual favorite - come learn from
your fellow members how to sharpen and tune your skis and
snowboards. A fun, informative evening event where you can ask
questions and watch first hand how to keep your gear in top shape.
This year's event will be BYOB, with the club supplying light
snacks.

MONDAY NIGHT RACING HAS BEGUN!
The Monday Night Race Series sponsored by
the Connecticut Ski Council is underway. Monday, January 16th
is the second race of the season. Don't miss out - this series
is only 8 weeks long. All interested need to check out the CSC

HELMETS AND MEMBERSHIP CARDS ARE NEEDED TO RACE.
THANK YOU to all who helped with
this year's Raffle Night -- all those attending know
that it was a fun event with over 70 raffle prizes won by our
members. Our Grand prizes this year included a Rocking Horse
Ranch Trip and a 4 hour limousine voucher from Premier Bus Company.
Any members not picking up their Bulk Buy Vouchers
or their Membership Cards - these will be mailed to you.
Our Day Bus Trips Coordinator, Don, filled 50
seats on the Day Bus Trips. Including some on our new
mid-week, Leap Year Day Trip to Stratton. Check out the
Day Bus Trip page for details and sign ups.
2011-2012 Membership Renewal Information:
Current members should have
received their Renewal form in the mail -
in order to avoid $20
late fee, all renewal forms must be postmarked by October 1, 2011.
New and Renewal Membership Forms are also available on the website
under Membership.
Renewals -- if possible, please use the printed form sent to you in
the mail.
Due to increasing
costs, we have been forced to raise our membership fees: The
increase only impacts the cost of the 2nd Adult Member which has
increased from $5 to $15 - still a bargain.
We have not raised our fees since 2006.
Please note also that our Late Fee has been increased from $10 to
$20 so we encourage you to get your renewals in timely.

email that includes: Rocking Horse Ranch, Waterville Valley, Big Sky,
On-Snow Carnival and Sugarloaf.

As we were not able to get the
minimum number of participants for the Waterville Valley Weekend
Trip, we have had to cancel the trip.
FUTURE INFORMATION: Membership Cards
will be available at Raffle Night.
Any club members not picking up
their cards on that night will get their cards in the mail the
following week.
Bulk Buy Lift Ticket Orders
will be available for pick up at Raffle Night -- any member not
picking up their order in person that night, the club will mail
their tickets to them.
Bulk Buy Ticket mailings will
included the Membership cards inside the envelope along with the
tickets.

trip!
Trip dates are
October 21-23,
2011. Sign

place right now.
In addition, the
club is going to
Big Sky in
Montana for a
week.
You need to act
fast to be part
of this almost sold-out trip.
In March we
have two trips -
the annual
On-Snow Carnival
weekend
will be
happening the
first weekend,
and then it's
off to Sugarloaf
in
Maine -- this is
still the best
trip for the
money that you
will ever find.

all these trips,
our Day Bus Trip
Coordinator is
still hard
at work securing
dates, prices
and bus
contracts so
that we can
offer
our members some
affordable day
skiing all

Membership:
The 2011-2012 Ski Year starts on September
1st. Membership renewal forms postmarked after 10/1/11 are
subject to a $20 (per membership) late fee.
New Members can join anytime - no late fee applies.
Bulk Buy Lift Ticket Program: The bulk buy ticket program
was available to club members during the month of September
(mailed and emailed out to the membership the second week in
September) for the the 2011-2012 Ski Season.
You must be a paid member in good standing with a paid membership to
purchase bulk buy lift tickets. See the link for Bulk Buy for
all the rules, regulations and information on the program.
Bulk Buy tickets were available for pick up at Raffle Night - November 19, 2011.
